Muscle & Pain Cream & Healing Balm

Topicals such as the Press Pause Healing Balm or the Joint & Muscle Cream when applied, diffuses across your skin and reaches local targets, like muscles, inflammatory cells, and pain-perceiving nerves. Very little, if any, enters the bloodstream. Our topical products can be applied for on the spot treatment or as every day preventative measures. Time frame of relief depends upon the target. Apply topically to the affected area when needed.

Capsules

For some, capsules can be the preferred method of a daily CBD usage. This method and deliverability provides ease of use, on-the-go convenience and a consistent dosage in each capsule. Some also prefer this option as there are no guesses in measuring the exact dosage. Recommended to take 1 capsule per day

Tincture

Often times, this is the preferred method allowing you to find your sweet spot. Each drop has just under 1 mg of Full Spectrum CBD. It is recommended to place the dropper under your tongue for the CBD to be absorbed directly into your bloodstream. This also it avoids first-pass metabolism and is sent throughout your body getting to your body faster. 3-5 drops recommended under your tongue 1x/day. However, with CBD, less oftentimes can be more so we always suggest starting with less and building up to what’s right for you.

When it comes to CBD, there’s no one size-fits all approach to dosing. In fact, each person’s bio-chemical make up is different and it may take a bit of time to find your sweet spot dependent upon what you are experiencing and other lifestyle factors. As you can imagine, each person responds to CBD in a different way which affects what it can be used for and how often you will want to use it. One thing we do know is with any CBD product, it takes time to experience the true benefits of CBD. Consistency is key.

With all of our Pause products, we use the saying “less is more.” Especially in the beginning. It’s always best practice to start with less and work up to what your body is comfortable with to find a treatment plan that’s right for you. Depending on which Pause Natural CBD you’re choosing, please refer to the additional insight and resources we offer as you navigate on what the right dose is for you.
